Listing Details and Estimates: CometLeads provides comprehensive listing details, including Keepa data, product profitability, current seller count, buy box rotation data, buy box share percentage (providing only the largest percentage value), and any other pertinent information deemed necessary for informed decision-making before payment. However, users should independently review all estimates provided. CometLeads cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the provided information.
2. Purchasing and Listing Performance: Users are responsible for any issues encountered while purchasing leads from the provided sources. Additionally, CometLeads does not guarantee the future performance of listed items and is not liable for any potential price fluctuations or decreases in profitability ("tanking").
3. User Responsibility: Once the source and listing details are provided, users are solely responsible for their actions and decisions based on the information provided by CometLeads.
4. Final Sales: All sales are final. CometLeads does not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchased leads or services.
5. Independence: CometLeads is an independent service not associated with, a part of, or a subsidiary of any other online or in-person services.
Fair Chance Policy
The Fair Chance Policy ensures equitable access to our tiered subscription services by preventing simultaneous subscriptions to the same tier. This policy aims to maintain a balanced and fair opportunity for all users to enjoy the benefits of each subscription tier without monopolization or unfair advantage.
Single Subscription Rule:
1. Users can subscribe to only one tier at a time. Subscriptions to multiple tiers simultaneously are strictly prohibited.
Subscription Timing:
1. When a user subscribes to a tier, they must wait until the subscription period ends before subscribing to another tier.
Subscription Management:
2. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription tier only after the current subscription period has ended. No overlapping subscriptions are permitted.
Subscription Cancellation:
1. Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but they must wait until the end of the current subscription period before subscribing to a different tier.
Enforcement:
2. Our system will automatically enforce this policy by preventing users from subscribing to another tier while an active subscription exists.
Consequences: Your membership will be terminated immediately.
